A4V - Accept for Value - Is it true.. Can we beat em at their own game???

Ok whats this all about.  The Strawman, soveriegn system I believe.  Is it True?  They have made so many laws after laws after laws that they may have lawed themselves right out of their own money.  Follow me on this as I research the posibilities.

So supposedly, you can write "Accept for Value" on any bill, then endorse it and mail it back.  It should be paid.  I believe that you must add your SS# on it somewhere because that is the account with the gov. that you are charging it to. Some websites say they paid their property tax that way and it worked.  spooky, when it comes to your home.   However, I wonder and wonder.  I am going to keep researching and update everyone what I find.

This is all centered around the Law of Commerce and the 14th Ammendment.

First of all, there has to be an agreement, an instrument, and endorsement. These are the key words I have learned so far. I will keep you informed as I find out......

Ancient Wisdom - "The Book of Simples"

At a flea market the other day - I found this old book "The Book of Simples" Wow what a find....  Inside cover says "Delirious persons here a cure may find, To stem the phrensy and to calm the mind"  I want to share some contents of this lovely book.

Sorry about the fuzzy picture - I haven't figured out how that happens sometimes.  Anyway on to the book ....The Copywrite is 1908 and it does not have a library of congress number and was printed in London.

The Introduction states " The original of this little book was found in the library of a distinqished Effex antiquary, the document has no history, but from its appearance it must have been the still-room book of some manor house.  The original is a folio composed of entirely vellum. The spellings and wording have been preserved. This book has been submitted to experts who are in the opinion that it spans some fifty years, ending in the middle of the eighteenth century, approximate 1757.

The book is written in the style of little notes, jottings, wisdom to pass on....... I am writing as it is written somethings you must guess at.......

Comfy Low-fat, Gluten Free Lasagna - oh so Yummy

Its a blizzard in Eastern Indiana today so we need something hearty and comforting.  Lasagna made this way will serve the purpose and not hurt the diet .  I always make two pans at the same time and then freeze one.  It is just as easy to make two than just one.  After baking it is a good idea to let it rest for about 20min. It will pull itself back together and hold up on a cut and serve.  I usually add a salad and walla.

Gluten Free, Low Fat, no Soy -  Lasagna. Very easy to make.

Ingredients:

1/2 box Rice lasagna noodles
1 low fat cottage cheese
Fresh spinach
Turkey Italian Sausage
Low fat Mozzarella
2 cans tomato Sauce
Parmesan Cheese

Combine the Tomato sauce with:
.....dried onions, oregano, basil, chopped bell pepper,

Cook pasta and sausage..
Layer  : Sauce, noodles, cottage cheese, sausage, cheese.
Repeat layers again. Sauce and Mozzerella on top
Bake 350 for 45 min

Usin up the Stash - Crochet Motif

Here are the motif's of the week  - to go with our series on usin up all that old yarn to make a beautiful afghan out of 12" motifs .  I have found that if you use a J hook and find a motif with 5 round of triple crochets it comes out to 12" square.  So you can use any motif you find for breadspread cotton.

We need a total of 25 squares for each afghan - and there are 12 above, so you can see that this won't take long.  It is like putting a puzzle together and I am a puzzler.

Gluten Free Pork Tenderloin

I excited to share these yummy pork tenderloins.  They are definately forbidden when you are on a  diet unless of course you follow this high fiber recipe.  I began with pork tenderloin cutlets, and squeezed fresh pinapple juice over them to tenderize.  The pinapple could not be tasted in the finished product.

Then I set up a breading station in this order... a bowl of oat flour, a bowl of egg wash, and bowl for the crispy coating of pecan meal, teff flour and flax meal.  To all of these I added adobo and Obay seasonings.

After coating each, I fried them in very little olive oil, this was just to set the crust and to prebrown.

Finally I baked them on a cookie sheet in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 min.
they came out thick, crispy and butter tender, everyone in the house loved them.
I served them with creamed cauliflower,  I make it by steaming cauliflower till soft, then drain and put back in pan, I add two tablespoons of millet flour, a tble of butter, salt n pepper, and a drizzle of almond milk - I heat this to a boil and turn off then add parmesan cheese, garlic and basil and stir in  - it is heavenly

Surviving After Breast Cancer treatments

I have just come out of a year full of Breast cancer treatments.  I had chemo, 3 surgeries, and radiation, and now the 5 yrs of Tamoxifen.  Well, I think I will survive the breast cancer, but the havok it reeked on my body is insane.  I now have chronic inflammation which the numbers are so high that they are over the test limit.  This inflammation causes severe muscle spasms. I know have full blown Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia.

To complicate it all, I gained 45lbs, and am sensitive to medication and nearly always have a reaction of some sort.  Some severe.  I am now going on 12 weeks of hives after a reaction to methotrexate which also gave me a lung infection.  So I am going el nature el .  ... I am weaning myself off the prednisone and only going to take the tamoxifen to keep the cancer away.

To do this - CUre MYSELF -  I am going for the food cure - based on what I eat.  I will be posting new recipes I find.  I will be following the DASH diet, Goddess diet, and Dr. Oz lets see what happens in 4 - 6 wks from now.  If I cant make any headway I will go back to prescription drugs (hope not)
